View Sainsburys Payslips Online.
How do I view my Sainsburys payslips online?
Do I receive a paper payslip from my work at Sainsburys?
Answer:
Sainsburys did their last paper copies of payslips in 2017, and now everything is done online. The same is the case for employees of Argos, Habitat, Tu, Nectar, Sainsbury’s Bank, and Sainsbury’s Home.
To view your Sainsburys payslips, you can either:
- Log in to the Sainsburys Intranet portal while at work, and check your payslips from there.
- Or, log in and view your payslips from the Oursainsburys.co.uk portal. After logging in, find the link on the right hand side that says My HR. Click on that and click on the link to “Payslips”.
- The system will take you to like another portal, on which you can view your payslips.
You will need the last 4 digits of your Colleague Number/Employee Number.
Your employee number is printed on your old paper payslips, and on your online payslips.

When can I access this month payslip?
Payslips can be viewed from Thursday morning on the day before payday, from around 9am.
If you are still having problems, contact Sainsburys HR.

My log in is not working days I have no account I have did work up to two months ago now it dose not .please do not ask me to phone I have no heating and there should be some thing Sainsburys should change so collgues with heat promises .

How to change bank details i Mysainsburys?
I am in full time education and started at Sainsburys Sury Basin on 29March20 having previously worked part time at a gym. The last payslip from the gym 28feb20 had the tax code 1250L. The gym has closed due to the current situation however upon receiving my payslip from Sainsburys my tax code is now OT. I understand that the old P46 no longer exists and that a Starter Checklist needs to be completed – do you now what is the best way to do this

Would be possible to get a letter confirming that I was Sainsbury’s employee with exact date and places where I worked and position held at your company.

I’m trying to get a payslip for when I worked at Sainsburys. However the online account was set up using an email address provided by Sainsburys that was shut down when I left.
How do I get my payslip? Before you say phone HR, I’ve phoned twice today (once going to voicemail and the second telling me nobody is available to take the call before hanging up).

They did the exact same to me. I was fired from Sainsbury’s and a night later the account was taken down. So I had no evidence to support my any payment claims, and I have now another Tax Refund I need to claim but have no way to prove yet again. Sainsbury’s owe me around £600 in Taxes as they never updated my tax code even though I worked there for around four months, so throughout those I was just paying ET to the government. It seems to be a recurring theme that leavers are left without their last payslip and P45 after giving notice at Sainsburys. You have a legal obligation to provide your ex employees with these items and as their accounts are locked they cannot access them electronically. These items should be posted as soon as payroll have finalised their wages. I would like my final payslip and P45 posted asap please.
